• Longer Wait Times Initially Registration and appointments may take a bit longer during the first two weeks as our staff completes training. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience! 
• New Patient Portal Please register as soon as possible (QR CODE BELOW) —it is the fastest way to message us, view records, and pay bills. 
• Streamlined Check-Ins Enjoy upgraded appointment reminders and the convenience of self-check-in right from your mobile phone or home computer. 
• Form & ID Updates At your first visit we will update your insurance, identification and required forms in our new system.
